Fritz Maytag is the owner of the Anchor Brewing Company and has been a figurehead in the craft brewing world.  He bought the brewery in 1965 and held onto it despite the shrinking market which meant that at one point he was one of just 50 individual craft brewers in the United States.

Despite what everyone else was telling him about how bad the beer market was, Fritz hung on to the company and helped it through tough times by continuing to make some great, unique brews.  He is a godfather of the current beer renaissance that the United States is enjoying, and if you love beer then you NEED to watch this.  His story about trying to get arrested by carrying hops with him on the passenger seat of his car is classic.  He is also one of the greatest examples of pioneering American capitalism that I have ever heard.
