I don’t have a fear of clowns, but if I’d have seen this as a kid, I might’ve developed one.  (I can thank my viewing of Arachnaphobia at age 9 for my current fear of spiders.)  I have no idea who this is, but I know that they will one day have a face to face meeting with Chris Hansen.
