You can always count on Japanese commercials to have just the right mix of creepy and hilarious to keep you on edge.  This is the sort of thing you should avoid watching before bed, not necessarily because of a guaranteed nightmare, but because dreaming of this in anyway what-so-ever would be far too unsettling for your psyche.
