As Thanksgiving draws closer and I begin to salivate at the meer thought of delicious turkey meat in my mouth, I had to think back fondly of this clip.  Last year, Gov Palin gave us one of the single worst off-the-cuff press conferences in history.  Not because of what she said (although you can practically hear the stupid oozing off her lips) but because of how oblivious she was to what was happening beside her.  Even as the turkey was screaming as its head was cut off, she gives a slight turn as if to ask herself, “Geeze oh petes, whats the racket back there?!”  By far the best part is how she says near the end that she’ll probably draw critism for even doing this silly press conference for some reason or another.  Yeah.  Yeah you will.
