Our good friends at Harmonix have spent the last couple of weeks trying to Kickstart the remake of Amplitude, the beloved PS2 rhythm game. The campaign ends in 48 hours and they’re 83% of the way there, but they still need an extra $130,000 if they’re to meet their $775,000 goal. Harmonix have a track record of delivering great games, so there’s little risk when backing the game – you can preorder a PS3/PS4 copy of Amplitude for $20 on their Kickstarter page, or get some cool goodies at higher levels. Most importantly, you’d be helping this niche little title get a new lease of life.
Have you ever played Frog Fractions? The correct answer is yes. Developer Jim Crawford is currently working on a sequel, and we had the chance to chat with him and ask him a few questions about the upcoming game. Listen to the episode below, and back the Kickstarter here.
