Default The Hurt Locker

Sure, it's old news, but who's seen The Hurt Locker?

If you've forgotten already, it was the film that won Best Picture at the Oscars this year.

I watched it a few days before the awards show, and I loved it. I felt as if it really captured how combat is in Iraq (from what I've heard), and was an excellent movie by all merits.

Your thoughts?

I absolutely LOVED The Hurt Locker. I rented it and watched it twice in less than 24 hours. I honestly think it deserves all the praise and awards it has received. One these days I keep meaning to buy it, which I rarely do with movies anymore.

It's such a good movie. I've told all my friends to see it, and they haven't yet, but they will. Even if I have to kidnap them and force them too. It's that good.

I haven't seen it yet, but it's on my Netflix queue near the top, so I should be getting it pretty soon.

I really liked it. However, I think that Up In The Air should have won best picture.

The ending was fantastic! The setup to it, the camera movement, and what he said were all fabulous. When the credits rolled I honestly got out of my chair and said, "HOLY FUCK! That movie was awesome!" It literally brought a smile to my face.

I'm gonna have to rewatch the ending: I seem to have forgotten the epicness.

I was gonna ramble on some more about the ending, but I don't wanna give away spoilers for those that haven't seen it.
