Game crashes literally every time I enter the world

Hello friends,I come here with a shortened version of my support letter I sent to Arena net because they didn't help at all. Just sent me a pre-typed message and went to the next person in line. "Ok so my computer crashes literally every single time I play the game. I can Create a character just fine and sit in the character select screen all day without any issues for some reason, though.

My Laptop specs are:

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor P8700 Nvidia Geforce GTX 260m

320 GB Hard Drive 4 Gigs of memory

So the specs of my computer surpass the minimum and when running it on SytemRequirementsLab.com it says that my computer should be able to easily run the game. I also have tried various versions of drivers such as the suggested one from the launcher. (304.79 Nvidia Notbeook drivers Beta)
