Post Poll - LotR: War in the North
G'day Shipheads, Muttonchop here.

So, if any of you have listened to the 1st episode of the Gamebang (and if you haven't, it's all good. I'll wait while you go download and listen to it...... back yet? Ok, lets continue), I mentioned that I'd erect a poll (heh... heh-heh) about the new Lord of the Rings game, "War in the North".

It's an Action RPG with 3 new characters in a story happening concurrently to the events in Lord of the Rings. So it's 3 people you don't know in a story you probably don't care about.

My Question for the poll is does anyone even care about this series of games anymore, or has Lord of the Rings well and truely run its course.

Leave your answer and we'll hopefully talk about it on the show.

I wouldn't pick this up at full price, but I got a Lord of the Rings game from a friend awhile back and when playing it... honestly it was pretty damn fun. It was a live action RPG where you could choose your class and would play accordingly (i.e. Archer, Warrior, Ninja-like guy etc.) I wouldn't throw down a lot of money for that game but brand new I would have payed 30 and felt good about my purchase.

I agree with the cumpuppy. I'd much rather watch the movies than play the games. Although, I would ne interested in a LoTR fighting game...similar to Shaq-Fu!
