I remember sweating a bit the first time I played through Dead Space, cause I played for 6 hours straight and was pretty freaked out at some points, but other than that I don't recall sweating unless it's for temperature reasons.

Afraid not, I guess the only exception is Rock Band drums, but that's just because you can get a good heart rate going with that. Oh, and things get a little sloppy on my multiple bouts with DDR. I'll DDR any of you fools under the table. Don't you know? I'm famous!

I don't think I really get the game sweats. There's only 1 game I can say has ever given me pungent pits and that's the old Tekken. I think I've had more stress and strain playing that game against friends than anything else. But it has to be a really heated round

I have the warmest room in the house. Unless I open a window, I'll be sweating bullets with the 5-10 degree increase the game systems will bring.

It has nothing to do with actually playing the game, so I suppose it's a "no".

I don't believe only 2 people get sweaty from playing video games... I've been to PAX... I know how the majority of the gaming community is!

Well, there's a pretty substantial difference between sweating at PAX and sweating on your couch playing games. You're right though. PROTIP for gaming conventions - bring a personal bottle of Purel.

So true! That's probably the best protip I've heard. If I ever get a booth at pax for whatever reason, I'm giving out deodorant samples and smelly good stuff.
